The host companies are diverse:
• large groups (THALES, DCNS, ALCATEL, etc.)

• Small businesses (Breizelec)

These companies’ activities are also varied and cover all of the options taught at the ENIB:

• Electronics
• Computer Science
• Mechatronics
• Professional Systems and Services

Minimum remuneration is 80% of minimum wage.
Pay could be much higher, depending on the company: from 1100 € to 1600 € gross pay in 2008
Employees with a PRO contract benefit from all of the same advantages as any other employee in the company.

The academic period is 450 hours. It contains exactly the same modules as those studied by the other students.

During the academic period, students work either in half-weeks, alternating between 2.5 days in the company and 2.5 days at the ENIB, or in half-semesters, in 8-week periods.

Outside of the academic period, the employee works in the company and benefits from the holiday periods associated with a fixed-term contract.
