During the engineering course, placements are spread over semesters S7, S8 and S10: - One 14 to 16-week “assistant engineer” placement within a company OR a 12-week professional team project conducted on the school premises, during semester S8. - One 20 to 28-week “engineer” placement during semester S10. Introduction to human resources and the organisation of public and private companies. Defining the first steps towards the development of students' future careers; working as a team; operations: students must carry out pre-explained tasks.
Duration: 4 weeks. Working within a professional environment to implement the technical and practical skills acquired during the first three years of study at the ENIB; development of the student’s future career. The students have responsibilities and clearly defined objectives with distinct specifications. Methods are explained to the students who then carry them out without assistance.
Duration: 8 to 12 weeks. A glimpse of the engineering profession. Continuing the development of students’ personal career plans. Students work as part of a team, with responsibilities and a clearly defined objective with distinct specifications. Duration: 14 to 16 weeks. Implementation of skills acquired during the engineering course. Students must design, present and deliver a project responding to the needs of a company. Students will: - achieve a more in-depth view of the world of work by becoming an integral member of a team. |
