Le programme des bourses Eiffel
Le programme des bourses Eiffel est un outil développé par le Ministère en charge des affaires étrangères afin de permettre aux établissements français d’enseignement supérieur d’attirer les meilleurs étudiants étrangers dans des formations diplômantes au niveau master et en doctorat.
Montant de la bourse :
- Niveau Master : 1 181€/mois (+ prise en charge transports + protection santé)
- Niveau Doctorat : 1 700€/ mois (+ prise en charges transports + protection santé)
Calendrier
- Ouverture de l’appel à candidature : 28 septembre 2020
- Date limite de réception des dossiers de l'ENIB : 7 décembre 2020
- Date limite de réception des dossiers par Campus France : 08 janvier 2021
- Annonce des résultats : semaine du 22 mars 2021
Conditions principales à remplir
- Excellence académique de l’étudiant
- Cohérence du projet académique et professionnel
- Âge limite. Niveau master, le candidat doit être âgé de 25 ans maximum (né après mars 1995). Niveau doctorat, le candidat doit être âgé de 30 ans maximum (né après mars 1990).
- Nationalité. Réservé aux candidats de nationalité étrangère. Les candidats binationaux, dont l’une des nationalités est française, ne sont pas éligibles.

- Le dossier de candidature est à transmettre en un seul document PDF par candidat nommé Nom-Prénom-candidature-Eiffel
Le dossier du candidat doit contenir les documents suivants :
1/ Le CURRICULUM VITAE du (de la) candidat(e), rédigé en français ou en anglais (1 à 2 pages).
2/ Le CLASSEMENT : tout document attestant de l’excellence du candidat.
3/ Le PROJET PROFESSIONNEL du (de la) candidat(e), rédigé en français ou, à défaut, en anglais, sur une ou deux pages (expliquer le choix des études en France par rapport aux études antérieures et la carrière professionnelle future)
4/ Les RELEVES DE NOTES (candidats Master) des trois dernières années faisant référence à un parcours académique réalisé aussi bien en France qu’à l’étranger.
5/ Le PROJET DE THESE (candidats Doctorat) 1 à 5 pages rédigées en anglais, présentant le projet et l’avancement des recherches. Ce document doit exposer avec précision le sujet de la thèse, l’état d'avancement de la rédaction, le plan adopté et la bibliographie. Le plan de financement de la thèse est également nécessaire
6/ La PHOTOCOPIE DU PASSEPORT(page identité) ou PIECE D'IDENTITÉ.
7/ Le CERTIFICAT OU DIPLÔME DE LANGUE (le cas échéant)

International Students: apply for the Eiffel excellence scholarship to study in ENIB
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programs.
Amount of the scholarship:
- Master level : monthly allowance of €1,181 (+ benefits for transport and social care)
- PhD level : monthly allowance of €1,700 (+ benefits for transport and social care)
Calendar
- Submission of online applications: week of 28 September 2020
- Deadline for receipt of applications by ENIB: 7 December 2020
- Deadline for receipt of applications by Campus France: 8 January 2021
- Publication of results: week of 22 March 2021
Eligibility
- Academic excellence of the student
- Professional and academic project
- Nationality. The Eiffel Program is reserved for non-French nationals. Candidates with two nationalities of which one is French are not eligible.
- Age. Candidates for the master’s component must be 25 or under (born after March 1995). Candidates for the doctoral component must be 30 or under (born after March 1990).

- The application file must be sent as a single PDF file containing all the required documents. Please name the application file as follows: Name-firstname-Eiffel-application
The application file must contain the following documents :
1/ RESUME/CV in French or in English (1-2 pages)
2/ RANKING – for the academic level of the applicant
3/ PROFESSIONAL PROJECT in French or in English (1-2 pages). The applicant must explain the reasons for studying in France, their interest for the selected programme and how this will help them achieve their career goals and objectives.
4 / TRANSCRIPTS OF RECORDS of the last 3 years (Master level applicants)
5/ A PRESENTATION OF THE THESIS PROJECT and the progress of the research, written in French or English (1 to 5 pages)
6/ COPY OF THE PASSPORT
7/ LANGUAGE CERTIFICATES
