RoboBreizh is a project of the Lab-STICC / IRL CROSSING in collaboration with LITIS. It is located in the National Engineering School of Brest (ENIB), in the CERV (European Center of Virtual Reality) building. LITIS is represented by the MIND team (Multi-agent, Interaction, Decision) which works on human-agent interactions (virtual and robotic) and semantic technologies. Lab-STICC is represented by the RAMBO team (Robot interaction, Ambient system, Machine learning, Behaviour, Optimization). This work is funded by the INCA project (Natural Interactions with Artificial Companions) of the Normandy region and the Brittany Region. The RoboBreizh project was launched in 2019 by Cédric Buche, Full Professor at ENIB. The current goal of this project is to create a team to participate in the RoboCup@Home internationnal competition.

The RoboCup@Home league aims to develop service and assistive robot technology with high relevance for future personal domestic applications. It is the largest international annual competition for autonomous service robots and is part of the RoboCup initiative. RoboCup@Home website
